Jamie Belezarian is a respected leader in long-term care consulting and the Founder and President of Innovations Healthcare. With over two decades of nursing and healthcare operations experience, Jamie brings both clinical expertise and strategic insight to her role. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration on the Nurse Practitioner track, along with certifications in Infection Prevention, Wound Care, Legal Nurse Consulting, and Nursing Home Administration.

Before founding Innovations Healthcare in 2021, Jamie served as a Clinical Consultant and Director of Operations, working directly with facilities to improve care quality, compliance, and systems. She recognized a growing need for high-impact, responsive clinical consulting—especially in long-term care—and launched Innovations to meet that need head-on.

Today, Jamie is known as one of New England’s top consultants in the long-term care space. She has a proven ability to identify root causes of facility challenges, implement sustainable solutions, and guide teams toward improved outcomes. Her reputation for results is matched only by her ability to build meaningful relationships—with clients, frontline staff, residents, and families alike.
