Founded in 2020 by Jamie and Dave Belezarian, our team was built on a simple, powerful mission: to help healthcare organizations provide better care by improving systems, strengthening compliance, and supporting staff at every level.

With decades of combined experience in nursing, operations, regulatory compliance, and healthcare leadership, we understand the challenges healthcare providers face because we’ve worked alongside the teams facing them. From regulatory compliance and survey readiness to clinical oversight, staff development, operational improvement, and interim leadership, our consultants bring hands-on expertise and practical solutions to the organizations we serve.

Jamie started Innovations after seeing a growing need for responsive, patient-focused clinical support in skilled nursing and long-term care. As Innovations has grown, so has the opportunity to bring that same hands-on approach to Rhode Island’s home care community. Today, Innovations works with both facility-based and home care providers to navigate regulatory requirements, strengthen operations, support their teams, and improve the systems behind quality care.
