PEACE OF MIND for you. Once Innovations steps in, we serve as a liaison between your facility and the Department of Health. We assume the responsibility of auditing, monitoring and overseeing your facility to help mitigate citations and get you back into compliance. We communicate regularly with the Department of Health as we work through the plan, to provide them with updates on progress and to identify any gaps, thus reducing the number of site visits and compounding citations.
If needed, we will place interim nursing management at your facility to educate / train / oversee your existing staff.

Innovations Healthcare, LLC maintains up to date State and Federal credentials regarding Infection Control Regulations and Outbreak Management for COVID-19, Influenza and other infectious diseases. We will audit your current policies and procedures, correct as needed, and assist your staff in implementing new ones. Innovations Healthcare can provide you with an Interim Infection Preventionist to be sure any new policies and procedures are in place and being followed correctly by your staff. Innovations Healthcare can also step in to handle an Outbreak to be sure your facility is compliant with State and Federal regulations as you get the Outbreak under control.
SOCIAL SERVICES CONSULTING
Innovations Healthcare will assist your facility with compliance in the Social Services domain. We provide you with an independent Social Workers to assist in a case by case need.
